Done-for-you outbound · Built for B2B

A cold outbound system designed to book 10–20 qualified B2B meetings without hiring another SDR.

ReplyAnvil builds and runs your outbound system — domains, inboxes, targeting, copy, sending, reply handling, and reporting — so your team only takes qualified calls.

The cold outreach problem

Most outbound is broken — and getting worse.

In 2026, deliverability is harder, prospects are warier, and AI-generated emails are getting flagged at record rates. Generic tactics don't work. Here's what we see daily inside B2B sales orgs.

01
40%

of an SDR's week is often spent on prospecting and list-building instead of selling — burning meaningful payroll on work AI now does in seconds.

02
90d

is roughly how long the average B2B contact list stays accurate. Many teams send to dead inboxes for months without realizing it.

03
2wks

is how quickly a fresh sending domain can get flagged when teams skip warmup, blast volume, and ignore inbox placement signals.

Who this is for

Built for B2B operators. Not for everyone.

We get better results by saying no to the wrong fits. If you don't see your business in the left column, ReplyAnvil probably isn't the right tool — and we'd rather tell you that on the call than two weeks into the engagement.

Best fit
  • B2B SaaS, agencies, IT/MSPs, consultants, real estate tech, professional services
  • Companies with deal sizes of $5,000 or higher
  • Founders and sales leaders who already know their ICP
  • Teams with a working offer and a closing process — we feed pipeline, you close it
  • Operators who treat outbound as infrastructure, not a magic button
  • Anyone willing to commit at least 90 days for warmup + optimization
Not a fit
  • B2C, consumer-facing brands, or e-commerce
  • Local service businesses with under $2,000 deal size
  • Teams expecting blast outreach or spammy volume
  • Companies without a tested offer or close rate data
  • Anyone needing meetings within 7–14 days (we ramp through warmup)
  • Buyers looking to "test" outbound on a one-month commitment
How it works

Four phases. Forty-five days to predictable pipeline.

We don't blast volume. We build infrastructure. The first 14 days are setup. Weeks 3–6 we ramp. From month 2 onward, your calendar fills with qualified calls.

01
Days 1–3
Discovery & ICP

60-min kickoff call. We extract your ideal customer profile, value prop, objection patterns, and target outcomes. You get a written ICP brief and campaign strategy doc within 48 hours of signing.

02
Days 3–10
Infrastructure

We provision 3–10 sending domains and 12–40 inboxes. SPF, DKIM, DMARC configured. Native warmup runs for 7–10 days. Your primary brand domain is never used for cold sends — it stays clean.

03
Days 10–14
Copy & Targeting

We write your 5–7 step sequence using proven outbound frameworks, AI-assisted personalization, and manual review. Lists are pulled from Apollo and verified for accuracy. You approve everything before we send a single email.

04
Day 14+
Launch & Optimize

Campaigns go live. Daily volume ramps from 20 to 40 emails per inbox. Replies are auto-categorized by AI and routed to your calendar. Weekly reports. Bi-weekly A/B tests. You see meetings on your calendar by week 4.

Tangible deliverables

By Day 14, here's exactly what you'll have.

Vs. the alternatives

An SDR. A generic agency. Or ReplyAnvil.

Operator proof · Pre-ReplyAnvil

The same playbook that cut support 35% across an MLS.

Before founding ReplyAnvil, our founder Lance Wheeler built an internal AI chatbot system in real estate technology that reduced support volume across 10+ departments and serves 80,000+ professionals. That same operator approach — automate what's repeatable, escalate what matters, measure everything — is what powers ReplyAnvil campaigns today.

We took the same AI infrastructure that cut support tickets by 35% across an entire MLS, and pointed it at outbound. The math is the same: automate what's repeatable, escalate what matters, measure everything.
These results reflect past operator work in real estate technology, not a ReplyAnvil client engagement. Client case studies will be published as engagements conclude.

About the founder

Built by an operator, not an agency.

I'm Lance Wheeler. I'm a Product Owner in real estate technology by day — earning four promotions in 3.5 years, shipping a real AI chatbot system that cut internal support volume by 35%, and learning what actually moves metrics inside B2B service organizations.

I built ReplyAnvil because I watched too many talented sales teams burn 40 hours a week on prospecting work that AI does better. The category is full of agencies that hide behind black-box reports and 12-month contracts. We're the opposite. Transparent process, owned domains, no per-seat math, and a guarantee on month two.

If you're a B2B founder or sales leader who needs predictable pipeline without hiring three SDRs and a sales ops manager — that's exactly who we built this for.

Frequently asked

Real questions. Direct answers.

Realistically, weeks 4–6. Weeks 1–2 are infrastructure and warmup. Week 3 is when campaigns ramp to full volume. The first qualified meeting usually lands between day 21 and day 35. By month 2, you should be hitting your tier's target meeting count consistently. If you're not by end of month 2, you can exit with no further obligation — that's the Month 2 Pipeline Guarantee.
No — and that's a deliberate design choice. We never send cold email from your primary brand domain. We register 3–10 separate sending domains that resemble yours (e.g., yourbrand-mail.com, getyourbrand.io). Your main domain stays clean and protected. We configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on every sending domain and run native warmup for 7–14 days before any cold sends.
A meeting is qualified when (a) the prospect replied positively, (b) confirmed a calendar slot, (c) is a decision-maker or has stated influence over the buying decision, and (d) attended or rescheduled. No-shows that reschedule within 14 days still count. Pure no-shows are replaced by additional bookings. The full definition is written into your service agreement so there's no ambiguity.
For B2B in most jurisdictions, yes — when done correctly. CAN-SPAM (US) permits opt-out-based commercial email with required sender identity, physical address, and unsubscribe handling. GDPR (EU) permits B2B outreach under a documented legitimate interest assessment with relevance and easy opt-out. CASL (Canada) is stricter; we exclude Canadian addresses by default unless you specifically request and document implied consent. Every email we send includes a compliance-aware footer with sender identity, physical address, and one-click opt-out. We process unsubscribes within 24 hours, well inside the 10-business-day legal requirement under CAN-SPAM. We're compliance-aware operators — you should still get your own legal review before any major campaign.
You do. Sending domains are registered in your name (or your company's). Inboxes are billed to you. All prospect data, sequences, and reply history are yours and exportable on request — no lock-in. If you ever leave us, you keep the entire infrastructure. Most agencies in our space hide this. We put it in the contract.
A fully loaded SDR (salary, benefits, tools, ramp time) runs $125–150K/year and takes 60–90 days to ramp. ReplyAnvil runs $30–90K/year and aims to produce meetings in week 4. SDRs are still valuable for handling responses and running discovery calls; they're not the right hire for repetitive prospecting and copy iteration. Most of our clients use us to feed pipeline to a smaller, more senior in-house sales team.
Yes — upgrade any time, no fee. Downgrades happen at the start of the next billing cycle. Many Growth-tier clients start on Starter and move up after seeing initial results.
B2B service businesses with deal sizes of $5K+ and clear ICPs — SaaS, agencies, professional services, IT/MSPs, real estate tech, commercial real estate, and B2B consultants. We deliberately don't take on e-commerce, B2C, or anything where the prospect is a private individual rather than a business decision-maker. If you're not sure if you fit, the strategy call will tell us in 20 minutes.
